Mother’s Day arrives each year wrapped in flowers, cards, and heartfelt words—but at The Pregnancy & Parenting Center (TPPC), it also arrives carrying hundreds of quiet, powerful stories. Stories of courage. Of hope. Of love chosen in difficult moments.
For many of the women who walk through our doors, motherhood begins unexpectedly. Some arrive feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and afraid of what the future holds. On that first visit, they often don’t yet see themselves as “strong” or “capable”, but we do. With every appointment, conversation, prayer, and moment of care, something beautiful begins to unfold.
We see the moment a mother hears her baby’s heartbeat for the first time—and the fear softens into wonder. We see her confidence grow as she learns she is not alone, that support exists, and that she is capable of more than she imagined. We see motherhood take root not just as a role, but as a calling filled with dignity and grace.
This Mother’s Day, we celebrate every mom we serve—first‑time mothers, single mothers, young mothers, and those facing extraordinary challenges. We celebrate their bravery in choosing life, their resilience in the face of uncertainty, and the love they pour into their children each day.
We also celebrate you. Because of you, our faithful supporters, volunteers, prayer partners, and donors, hope becomes real. Your generosity provides ultrasounds that reassure trembling hearts, parenting classes that build confidence, material support that eases financial stress, healing from past indiscretions, and lessons that help our kids reject bad choices.
As you celebrate Mother’s Day with the women in your own life, know that you are part of a much larger story. A story where fear gives way to faith, where uncertainty is met with compassion, and where mothers, and their babies, are surrounded by love.
