Reports To: Nurse Manager

Job Purpose: To provide medical services and information based on the FOCUS process in sonography.

Program Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality and consistent care
2. Provide limited ultrasounds according to the Center’s protocol
3. Send accurate and timely reports to Radiologist
4. Work together with the advocate and nurses and doctor to determine, according to the patient process, what the next step for the patient will be.
5. Follow up with confirmation to patient per Radiologist findings
6. Perform additional duties as requested

Personnel Responsibilities: None, unless assigned by Medical Services Director

Fiscal Responsibilities: None, unless assigned by Medical Services Director

Community Responsibilities

1. Attend community events at request of CEO

Other Responsibilities:

1. Attend mandatory medical staff meetings
2. Mandatory observation and evaluation on a yearly basis
3. Attend All-Staff events as requested
4. Assist at Fund-raising events as requested

Qualifications:

1. Meet the requirements located on the Eva Woman’s Clinicapplication
2. Maintain an RDMS license
3. Fulfill ultrasound training according to the Clinic’s Ultrasound protocols

Team:Donor Development Team

Responsible To:Director of Donor Development/Fundraising

Position Summary:
To serve as the Coordinator for Church Relations.  Reporting to the Director of Donor Development/Fundraising for The Pregnancy and Parenting Center.  Serving and working alongside this leader and the team in all aspects of Donor Development and Fundraising.  Including all events, mailings, leading volunteers and other endeavors related to advancement and fundraising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

a. Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Is actively attending and involved with a local church.
b. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of the PSN. Faithfully upholds the ministry in prayer.

c. Lead and develop servant volunteers and church champions.

d. Schedule and plan for regularly scheduled meetings with teams.
e. Recruiting for team when needed.
f. Meet with team leader on a regular basis.
g. Attend other meetings as needed.
2. Day-to-Day Operations
a. Coordinate needed budget needs for events, mailings, etc.
b. Collaborate, as needed, with Client Services and other teams.
c. Schedule staff and servant volunteers for events, mailings, etc. in collaboration with Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for Donor Development.
d. Maintain calendar for Donor Development and Fundraising insure all needs are met.  Working in coordination with overall “Big Picture” calendar for ministry.
e. Coordinate purchasing, menu planning, etc. for all events.  Serving with others on the team in the planning and preparation.
f. Coordinate needed resources for all events, mailings.  Working in conjunction with others on the team.
3. Church Relations
a. Work with Donor Development team on church relations.  
b. Setting goals with the team for providing opportunities to engage with churches to share the good news about the Pregnancy Support Network.
c. Working with team on ways for churches to partner with the Pregnancy Support Network.
d. Making presentations, as needed.
e. Set and meet achievable goals each quarter and submit reports monthly reports to Team Leader.
4. Other Responsibilities
a. Work well with others on the Team of The Pregnancy and Parenting Center.  
b. Responsible for selfdevelopment and taking care of self.
c. Neat appearance and pleasant attitude
d. Pregnancy Support Network is a non-smoking facility
e. Maintain a high standard of morals and Christian behavior.
f. All other duties as assigned.
5. Position Qualifications
a. Two-four years of relevant ministry experience.
b. College degree or secondary experience in a related area.
c. High energy.
d. Creative.
e. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
